The event date will only be confirmed when the $250.00 payment is made. This is an non-refundable deposit in the case of a cancellation. The $50.00 clean up fee will be returned after the event providing that the hall is left in the same condition and the trash is in the dumpster.
All hall rentals will be arranged at St. Joseph's pairsh office and any questions about the use of equipment, decorations and limitations, diocesan insturance forms and any other questions will be complete at this time. A contact person will be available by phoen one the day of the event.
The rental of the hall insludes the use of the following: tables, chairs, stove, oven, sink, refrigerator and coffee pot. Deep fryer is not to be used.
Any additional request need to be approved and in writing.

The Hall is a non-smoking facility, there is a container outside for smoking, please use it. |

Per insurance carrier, no children allowed in the kitchen. |
| 3. |
Please be sure to bring anything that you need, e.g. towels, dish liquid, foil, plastic wraps, etc. |

No tacks or nails for decorating. |
| 5. |
No confetti |

Front of stage used for DJ's only, please do not use stage or touch drapes. |

Please remove all trash and place in dumpster. |

Hall needs to be left clean, the way it was left for you. |

If you are renting on a Saturday, absolutely no noise or any one in the hall during mass hours of 4:00pm to 5:45pm. Please start event at 6:00pm, to allow parishioners attending church services to leave and your guests to have parking. |

When you leave, please make sure all doors are lovked, ovens, stoves, and all lights are off. |
I agree to all of the above stipulations and will return the key the next day after the event to St. Joseph's parish office.
